General Outline

Informal House and Garden Tour followed by Docent Orientation (Thursday, January 19, 2012)

Week One

Steedman Family History
Architectural History of the House and Foundation

Week Two

The Casa’s Collection of Art and Furnishings

Week Three

The Workshop and Tiles of the Casa

Week Four

The Gardens

April and May:

Accompany two tours per month as a provisional. Write your own script or notes in preparation for June when you will become an active docent.

At a brief session in April we will cover administration and procedures relating to tours and the Casa.

Join us at our annual Steedman Volunteer BBQ and Potluck, and Docent 'Graduation' in May!
